Disgusting unkempt building

I can’t think of a single one
Cons:
This building is so gross - there are no trash bins and trash gets thrown to the side. The hallway is full of roaches and none of the front doors properly lock. This whole place is just so gross.
Advice to owner:
This place needs to be deep cleaned and regularly cleaned / managed
