Just pray nothing breaks
Former Tenant
Pros:
Locations good, I havent fallen through the floor
Cons:
Response time for anything sucks our ac was broken during a heatwave and there was zero urgency. Rooms are pretty small with zero closets so... good luck?

Former Tenant
Pros:
All in all we didn't have many issues with the building. Love the location and safety (door with passcode).
Cons:
My apartment specifically had no light in the kitchen which is very strange, we had to strap a desk lamp to a cabinet handle in order to see as theres no natural light either. My bedroom window faced into my neighbors window and got no natural light but thats pretty typical of NYC apartments.
Some of our kitchen outlets also didnt work.
Advice to owner:
Put an overhead light in your kitchens!
