Dusty, tiny, and loud

Pros:
Proximity to bars, train, laundry and grocery. The super is responsive and kind. Good closet space.
Cons:
Super dusty, as in sticky dust that you cannot remove. It took 3 months to sort out our deposit when management traded over and another month to have an oven with a gas leak addressed. Apartments “B” are more like 1 1/2 bedroom, one will only fit a full size bed and a tall dresser.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and knowledgeable of your tenants’ needs.
