horrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
nice live in super
Cons:
literally the worst management i've ever had. they left the apartment disgusting before we moved in, had not fixed anything, and we had to fight them on rent when they refused to fix multiple broken appliances. we had the ceiling collapse twice with rain water because it had not been inspected for water damage. this was a horrible place and could have been so much better if the management would have lifted a single finger. do not live here.
Advice to owner:
literally do better for your tenants and actually fix the things that are broken. it's way to expensive to live here when things don't work as they should. and also please clean your units before new tenants arrive it's the LEAST you can do.
