Great at first glance
Former Tenant
Pros:
The units are updated to be modern and have great finishings.
Cons:
The updates aren't done in the highest quality, it is clear that it was done cheaply to look updated.

Not my favorite living experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful, modern construction, modern appliances, pretty quiet, near the J, beautiful neighborhood
Cons:
shared spaces in lobby are unfinished and unkempt. not everything was fully-functional upon move-in and ended up having to do some DIY, had some trouble reaching the landlord to get things fixed, mostly soundproof but can hear neighbors sometimes

Nice building but landlord sucks
Former Tenant
Pros:
It has brand new everything, nice appliances and kitchen and bathroom. Cute backyard area, and the neighborhood.
Cons:
The landlord sucks. He hasn’t been paying his water bill or mortgage apparently. Will give you a hard time about getting anything fixed.
Advice to owner:
Get it together
