Not horrible, not stellar
Former Tenant
Pros:
The landlords are fairly responsive, if a little odd. The split unit heat/AC worked well (and the one time they didn’t, they were repaired quickly). Nice part of the neighborhood/street; right down the block from a charter school, so there’s kids around.
Cons:
Common areas (stairs, entryway, front area outdoors) are definitely dirty. Never clapped eyes on the supervisor our entire time there.
Advice to owner:
What are you even paying the supervisor for?
