Mid at best/if you can find something else...DO!

Stainless steel appliances
Ample space
"Modern Look"

Garbage
Pests (due to garbage)
Noisy Neighbors (especially during the summer)
Constant smell of weed
Neighbors throwing garbage in the backyard
Freezing cold
Advice to owner:
Invest in a better heating system

Pros:
The apartment is neat
The bathrooms are cute
Cons:
It’s super cold even with 2 space heaters
The garbage stinks in the hallway and seldom gets taken out
Nasty, NASTY rat problem
There’s a drawer in the kitchen that can’t open due to the stove in the way
The light switches are upside down
The hanging light fixtures gets in the way of the cabinet opening
The windows aren’t insulated so there’s always a draft of cold air coming in the bedrooms
The landlord seldom answers the phone and when he does; it’s days after
Advice to owner:
Invest in a better heating system and put the garbage cans outside and hire someone to clean the hallway

it’s on a quiet street with good parking
Cons:
the bugs are aggressive, theres mice and the building has a garbage smell to
it. mushrooms also grew out of the floor boards
