Best landlord I’ve ever had

Pros

Beautiful building, block and neighbors. I don’t even live there anymore but I miss my sweet super and how he fixed everything so quickly and also my landlady who made sure the place kept its old brownstone magic with the most thoughtful renovations. It has its original molding and woodwork but the appliances are new and seriously the best.

Cons

Nothing. I only moved because we needed more space eventually.
