Corporate Rentals- What could go wrong?
Former Tenant
Pros:
Shared and free laundry, location, common space in basement.
Cons:
Paid services are not provided: cleaning, restock of supplies, regular maintenance, attention to bug infestations/ other issues.
Advice to owner:
Pay equal attention to your expensive properties as your less expensive ones. Multiple violations have been made.
