Decent enough place to live

Pros:
It was a place to live, very convenient, nice nieghborhood
Cons:
You can tell it's been shoddily renovated; windows and light fixtures would leak when it rained.

Beware of this whole corporation!

Pros:
They work with you, until they get what they want from you. The people in the building are friendly.
Cons:
There’s a washer and dryer on site, but it doesn’t wash your clothes properly, because it doesn’t get cleaned or anything. There’s a roach and spider problem in the apartments as well. Management also harasses tenants to illegally evict them. They’ve shut tenants gas off for 2 months; had random men come with weapons at late hours knocking for them to leave the building. They’ve even given a fake lease to someone else, to have them move in the apartment with the current tenants, to force them out. They’re very unethical, just look up Yoel Goldman real estate.
Advice to owner:
Be better people, you reap what you sow.

SUBLETS STEALS YOUR MONEY AND GETS YOU EVICTED!!

NOTHING AT ALL LITERALLY.
Cons:
WASHER AND DRYER WAS ALWAYS SUPER DIRTY COULDN’T WASH CLOTHES IN IT. APT 4 ON THE 4TH FLOOR WAS BEING SUBLEASED . CHRISTINE BERRIOS AHMED LAOUALI MOUSSA AND MEIZHU WANG TAKES ALL (4) ROOMS RENT NEVER PAYS IT TO THE OFFICIAL LANDLORD OF THE BUILDING AND CAUSES US TOO BE EVICTED. THREATENS TOO CUT OFF ELECTRICITY IN ORDER TOO PUT PEOPLE OUT. FALSLY THROWS PEOPLE IN JAIL AND FILES ORDER OF PROTECTION IN ORDER TO GET THEM AWAY FROM THE RESIDENCE. THEY HAVE NOT PAID FOR THERE OTHER PROPERTIES AND THE SAME PATTERN HAS BEEN HAPPENING. OH MIGHT I ADD THEY NEVER FIXED ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING IN THE HOUSE.
