Small Two bedroom apartment

Pros:
Everything was brand new, all appliances were very nice and never had any issues nor malfunctions.
Cons:
Place was small, could here neighbors easily, owner wasn’t always responsive.

Packages were stolen from the inside a few times., including my roommates.
Advice to owner:
Get better security for the apartment

Landlord Has Access. .. So He Comes By Whenever He Wants

Pretty rooms, rooftop access, two full bathrooms
Cons:
no elevators. narrow staircase. dirty upon move in. landlord visited without informing. shower bath has no closing door or space for a rod.
