Terrible management company

Pros:
Reasonable rent, good size apartments, nice looking spaces
Cons:
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a property management company. Prime Homes Management company is a joke. Run from any building managed by them. You have to bug them constantly to get anything done. Anything the super can’t fix takes months to address. Thy will give you run around. Renovation is cheaply done leading to a lot of issues. Garbage management situation is atrocious with bags taken to the street on the wrong day or left in the courtyard leading to rats terming the bags and strewing litter everywhere.
Advice to owner:
Get a management company that actually does their job. Stop being a crook and slumlord.
