What A Shame
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is amazing and the neighborhood is fantastic. The building is so cool and historic and the owners have ruined is with layers of white paint and just an overall lack of care and maintenance. The backyard is huge and - when taken care of - is a beautiful and very valuable space.
Cons:
Management fucking sucks. They take so long and they do not fucking care. We had a hornet nest by the front door by the stairs and they took weeks and weeks to do anything about it, then didn't fix it properly. No respect for such a beautiful pre-war building. Rooms are tiny.
Advice to owner:
Try caring. Respect the building. You've already done so much irreparable damage - please take care of what's left of it.

Not perfect, but solid apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
-appliances aren’t new but are updated -small building, only 5 units -friendly neighbors
Cons:
-washer and dryer in the basement but it isn’t hooked up (it’s also coin operated) -high monthly gas bill even when using minimal gas
