Pros:
Beautiful building
Friendly neighbors
Great renovation
Beautiful block
Cons:
Roof leaked in my bedroom 5/6mo of my lease, never got solved. Like waking up to water hitting the floor.
Bedroom gets insanely cold, heating unit struggles to warm it up — they say the windows are the culprit

It’s like the things that truly mattered they struggled to fix, couldn’t take the chance to rent again.
Advice to owner:
Replace the roof not patch it!
