RUN AWAY, JIH IS EVIL!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing at all. The layout was okay (except the renovations were done cheaply and caused structural issues)
Cons:
Everything. Landlord is useless and unresponsive. Office asst, Brany, is so unhelpful and maybe doesn’t understand her job. Building is always dirty and smelly, cockroaches, horribly loud and badly behaved tenants which landlord is aware of but does nothing to warn you or help, overpriced, management is unreachable at nights and on weekends even for emergency repairs. Super, Fully, does not do his job. This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in!
Advice to owner:
Stop being sleazy. Don’t take federal money for COVID and not offer any rent forgiveness. No one is fooled by your friendly emails when you don’t address the actual problems. It is 100% YOUR responsibility to address unruly tenants. Be a man.
