Pros:
Clean space, good lighting, beautiful bay windows, washer and dryer in unit.
Cons:
Loud street noises, inconsistent water pressure, very thin floors.

Pros:
The best parts about this building are the in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher (small but still helpful), great windows and light, no bad bedrooms, and handy virtual doorman.
Cons:
VERY thin floors (lots of noise from upstairs), small fridge, water pressure goes in and out, and street facing bedrooms are pretty noisy.

great location. bus stops within one and 2 blocks
Cons:
thin walls loud trucks at all times loud bar across the street water pressure is absolutely terrible. AC works as long as its not hot outside.
Advice to owner:
improve the plumbing and don't raise the rent
