Horrible landlord do not rent
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhs are all amazing people. Both inside the building and on the block and the next block too.
Cons:
Landlord didn't fix anything, apartment and building in general kept leaking. He hired the cheapest possible, poorly skilled labors. They don't know what they are doing and always do terrible jobs. They have to keep coping back over and over again and nothing really ever got fixed. Renovations were all of terrible quality, the apartment was falling apart be the time I moved out.
Advice to owner:
Hire more skilled workers and make the building nicer so good tenants would want to stay.
