Mixed feelings
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great heat, always hot water, very close to transportation. Property is better now that bank manages it
Cons:
Neighbors from hell always arguing fighting drama never ends. Spills in hallway area etc. Very thin walls you can hear everyone and everything.
Roaches. Regardless how clean you keep your place you will wake up to random roaches on your wall or a huge water bug (huge one is once every 4/5mons).
Caroline is not someone to ever rent from very lazy, wouldn’t fix anything you end up paying to fix things yourself, let trash pile up for weeks, she ignores your calls but shows up for rent. Never again.
Advice to owner:
None because she ran with the rent money let building fall apart & is now being managed by bank.
