306 Stuyvesant Ave
Former Tenant
Pros:
I loved living here. The owner Umer and his sons take great care of the building, and they are super responsive if there is any concern or problem.
Cons:
Stuyvesant Avenue can be a little bit loud but it’s not too bad. In terms of the building itself, nothing to complain about.
Advice to owner:
Honestly nothing I can think of to improve this building!

Great building to live in
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet neighborhood and very responsive super! Helped us with minor fixes and repairs.
Cons:
Occasionally there were parties nearby that were very loud, but they were rare.

Great landlord, cute building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very cute building. It’s old but well maintained and the owner really cares. He’s involved with every tenant to make sure his building stays nice so repairs are never a problem and always quick to happen. Umer Bizati is an incredibly kind person with a large heart. An impossible landlord/owner to find in nyc. The rooms were massive and the layout of the apartment was fantastic. I miss it!
Cons:
Because it was slightly older it had some quirks and ocasional roach infestations though the problems were quick to get fixed. No roof access which is sad.
Advice to owner:
Roof access would be a lovely addition and major selling point.
