Affordable Building but Terrible Maintained
Former Tenant
Pros:
The price was affordable and the location couldn't get any better. I also had a fairly updated unit.
Cons:
The building was not maintained all and there was a huge roach and mice issue in the building. The Super was always helpful but the office was extremely difficult to reach if you wanted to escalate issues
