Pros:
the neighborhood is amazing! And the surrounding business and people are so friendly
Cons:
THIS PLACE IS INFESTED no matter how many times we spray (we have had our own professional exterminator come) and if anything breaks in the apartment it will take two weeks to fix and be done as cheaply and as haphazardly as possible with the care of a toddler
Advice to owner:
Start answering calls, bomb the building, and get qualified handimen who are available during non working hours.
