Terrible Experience

Pros:
The apartment has a good layout
Cons:
- Awful Management - Rental without Certificate of Occupancy - Problems not resolved in a timely manner - Rented without hot water or AC - Common areas not well taken care of
Advice to owner:
Provide better service to tenants in every arena of property management.
