Safe and cozy

Pros:
Small building-6 apartments
Neighbors help each other with packages (place them in front of your door or hold it)
Clean
Pest control comes monthly to spray apartments
Heat and hot water are perfect
Rent stabilized
Great location
Safe neighborhood
Super in building
Trash maintained and cleaned
Spacious apartments
Cons:
Cannot control the heat-It’s on until June despite the temperature outside
No building laundry available
Advice to owner:
Add laundry service to the basement if possible!
