DO NOT RENT HERE NEIGHBORS ARE AWFUL
Former Tenant
Pros:
No no no. They promised a functioning laundry room which is why I moved in AND THAT DOESNT WORK!!! They never installed it. SHAM
Cons:
There is a crying baby in the building. We were all hoping she’d grow up but it’s been over a year now and she constantly cries and YELLS. The walls are ikea thin so sound travels at ridiculously loud volumes. It’s like there’s no privacy here. DO NOT RENT HERE! My bedroom was right next to the baby’s room and I’d constantly be woken up at 4AM and various times throughout the night. Worst experience of my life. Oh, and there are guys who basically live outside rain, snow, or shine. They party from the morning till late night. Avoid at all costs.
Advice to owner:
The renovations look nice, but at what cost to your tenants quality of life? Use thicker walls next time

Thin walls
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartments are renovated nicely, and the building itself has quiet neighbors who mind their business and there is never hall traffic.
Cons:
There is a crying baby in the building, the laundry room does NOT work, and there is lighting issues with the building with no working light on the front of the building. Just recently the internal lights were fixed as the halls were very dark.
Advice to owner:
Install thicker walls! I don’t want to hear people having sex, arguing or on a personal phone call.
