Maintenance is impossible

Pros:
The neighbors are friendly and respectful.
Cons:
Jerry with maintenance is impossible to work with. If you're lucky enough to have him respond, he'll have a bad attitude. He's even tried to argue with us, seemingly over nothing. The breaking point for me is that he comes off sexist and angry. Given that you'll at some point rely on maintenance to function to be able to live here reasonably, I would NOT RECOMMEND living here, especially for a woman.

Reasonable oversight of maintenance duties

Nice location Many restaurants near by Renovated and modern apartment
Cons:
Owners don’t respond and when they did it takes hours for them to take action
Lack of communication regarding management with renters

Pros:
It’s right in the heart of bedstuy so great places are short distance, kitchen is updated
Cons:
The water turns off sometimes without notice, bad pest problem especially in winter there are a lot of centipedes, the plumbing is bad sometimes leaks through apartments
Advice to owner:
Better up keep with the apartment
