Better than history says, but still mid

Pros:
Cheap, neighbors don’t complain about noise. Important for career musicians
Cons:
The building is always dirty. Lots of trash in the hallways and the 1-2 times a month mopping of the floors doesn’t really do much. I don’t really have that big of a problem with it but I’m sure others will.

Front of building always covered in garbage
Loud neighbors fighting all the time
Heat may be off once in awhile
Mail will go missing
