Could be the perfect place buuut…
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment is spacious and lovely. Trees all around. The neighbors are fantastic. Rent goes up only $100 with each lease renewal (so far).
Cons:
Building management is responsive but they send unqualified workers to do the jobs. The management of the trash and the property is half-assed. The property manager is not a terribly pleasant person.
