Pros:
Good neighborhood, nice neighbors, and cute bathrooms.
Cons:
Paper thin walls, you will hear EVERYTHING about your nice neighbors. The basement floods, the washer/dryer in building does not work well and you will need to pay the machine multiple times for a single load. The broker who shows the apartment is incredibly aggressive and will say they will enter your apartment to show future possible tenants whenever they want regardless of your availability and when asked if I will get 24hr notice, the broker refuses to answer. The owner of the building is aware of the brokers actions and sent an email saying to enter our apartment whenever. Also if things break management is slow to respond.
Advice to owner:
Get a new broker and new washer/dryer installed

Cons:
Hard to get things repaired, management company not very responsive, pretty but cheap renovations
