Worst Choice We Made
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building was new and very exciting when we moved in 4 years ago.
Cons:
However, the owners live in Europe and REFUSE to speak with tenants. Additionally, Bedford Management is the worst management company to have existed. A tree fell in our yard and they didn't answer, help or fix to WEEKS. It's been two years and there's still a massive hole we stared down at. The original super demanded cash when needed help, no one cleans the outside of the building, and the installation is TERRIBLE. Both units can hear EVERYTHING from fights, kids, pets, even a sneeze. No one has been of assistance. If you move in here, get ready to have your rent raised dramatically EVERY year, and be a home-owner without the owning part, because you will need to do absolutely everything yourself. Pest control, dishwashing issues, and more.

Last but not least there's still a MAJOR leak on the roof they have yet to repair. The only way to access the ConEd and National Grid is through the downstairs unit, which makes it VERY challenging to coordinate and also holds both boilers. We often felt bad having to go into another person's apartment whenever there had to be an array of repairs. Not limited to sewage pipes bursting and lost of electricity on and off last summer.
Advice to owner:
Use another Management company. Read the reviews, listen to your tenants if you're going to live aboard. Have a company that cares about the building.
