Close to train, 2 bathrooms, spacious, and clean

Messed up central AC, quick to raise the rent, expensive washer/dryer in basement, unresponsive property management company
Advice to owner:
Quicker response to tenets, and fix the AC so so it doesn’t only reach the back rooms
