Nice building, nice location
Severe mouse problem, they never fixed anything ever….ever. Whole block has mice actually. It was a daily war. This buildings address (which is technically 306A) isn’t registered with USPS. Expect serious issues trying to access your mail.
Close holes in building and apartment unit. Maybe invest in pest control.
