Pros:
The neighborhood, the people around, the garbage maintenance was fantastic.
Cons:
We had a private, what we thought was only accessible by the renters backyard, and one morning there was a maintenance person in the backyard without any warning. This was very alarming for us as we had not knowledge there was even another entrance to the private yard, and when I politely requested that we be warned when maintenance is going to be in the backyard, our request was ignored and instead we were scolded for keeping out shoes in the hall and our security deposit was threatened. Mice, but I think we got that under control before we left. There was a roach problem that we had to fix ourself (our manager sent a regular maintenance person instead of pest control until we complained a 6th time, and even then pest control didn't really helped with the roaches).
Advice to owner:
Better pest control upon the first complain rather than having the problem grow until it's professionally addressed.
