I've enjoyed living here. Clean, safe, beautiful.
Dark building (it is older), tends to attract a few mice and cockroaches in winter despite stringent cleaning (but honestly, where in NYC doesn't?), bad phone reception inside (at&t), no neighborhood fios availability yet
