Dont do it
Former Tenant

Cons:

Good sized apartment, bug issues, overpriced
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are nicely updated and relatively well-sized for NYC. My roommate and I both had queen-sized bedrooms with room to spare for dressers, exercising, etc. The kitchen was actually functional with good amount of counter space and updated appliances. Dishwasher, washer, dryer are all in unit!
Cons:
Management was very difficult to get responses from - even in dire circumstances. Two months into living there, we had a bad rain storm. I luckily came home that night late and realized rain was seeping in through the window behind my bed. My bed was sopping wet and we had to surround the window with towels. Management never responded to my initial request for urgent help, and only came out after it happened a second time weeks later.

The building also had a cockroach problem that was never truly solved. They were a regular occurrence.

For a couple of months, there was regularly packages being stolen from the lobby and mailbox area. Management also did not do anything in response, only advised us to file a police report.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants and respond to their needs.

Apartment building nightmare
Former Tenant
Pros:
I’m not sure there’s anything? The people that lived in it were nice.
Cons:
Dirty, packages stolen everyday, unresponsive management, they send workers to your apartment without asking first, bug infestations, bad floorboards, tiny apartments, just a mess
Advice to owner:
Your images on street easy are fake
