No Upkeep
Former Tenant
Pros:
Inside the apartments are cute and relatively spacious. Great price. Utilities included.
Cons:
Infested with mice and no response from landlord on getting an exterminator. Leaks when it rains. Cracks and holes in hallways. Basement was flooded and took extremely long for landlord to come.
Advice to owner:
Hire an actual landlord and not have your husband do it.

Horrible landlord stay away!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The area is great
Cons:
Landlord never takes responsability. If something is damage he will never repair it. The doors are broken and you can get locked in. The power in the building is terrible, you have to go downstairs and switch it back on. The garbage is never picked up which attract rodents.
Advice to owner:
Just be a good human please. If you have kids, you don’t want your kids living under this situations
