Judith - awful management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful building, before Judith Drive LLC took over, the management maintained the property beautifully. It’s an old school and has really great windows, wood floors, and high ceilings. Spacious
Cons:
Since taking over at the end of 2023, Judith Drive LLC has let the building go completely downhill. Management is non responsive and fails to answer emails and property concerns for tenants such as stolen mail packages and building maintenance. Amenities like the gym and washer driver have broken appliances and are not regularly cleaned or managed. Cleaners come but occasionally the building is not maintained. Just for dealing with the building management / property management I would not live here. Overpriced for what you get.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to tenant concerns; respond to emails; maintain facilities better.

Nice Building Horrible Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful historic building
Cons:
Management is unresponsive. The mirror in the gym has been broken for months and they just fixed it with tape. They’ve never replaced the doorman and packages are stolen daily to the point where neighbors put up signs every day regarding their stolen deliveries. Management said they’d file a police report and promptly reminded us to pay the rent on time. For such an expensive building you’d think they’d put more attention on the special amenities we pay so much for especially since they raised the rent.
Advice to owner:
Stop ignoring tenant issues.

A great building but management sucks
Former Tenant
Pros:
A beautiful historic building Doorman Gym Huge ceilings in the apartment
Cons:
The management company is terrible and seem to be out of touch with reality. They launched rents to unaffordable levels. How do you anticipate anyone paying 3800 for a 1 bedroom in bed Stuy? Pass whatever your smoking
Advice to owner:
Hire better people that actually understand and are receptive to peoples needs.
