Worst Place Ever

Close to the A train
Cons:
I had so many problems with this building - the hot water heater died and a pipe froze in the middle of March. I was without heat a s runnjng water for a week. Later I had a terrible leak which caused black mold. The landlord was dragging her feet to fix it. I called 311 and an inspector came and fined her for several issues in the building outside of my apartment. This place was a mess.
Advice to owner:
You have to take care of your tenants
