Pros:
Only 3 total units so you won’t have many issues with neighbors depending on what set you move in with, the 3rd floor has really high ceilings which was nice. They also had washer and dryers in each unit which was nice.
Cons:
Right next to the LIRR / Metro North so it’s super loud at all times of the day but you get used to it. Management is very annoying especially if you have any issues. I had a leak issue in one of the windows and they half assed fixed it about 2 times. Also the rooms ( top floor ) are pretty small.
Advice to owner:
Just do better stop cutting corners

Bittersweet but not for me

Pros:
The building is close by multiple train lines and if you are from this city the accessibility to supermarkets, stores and transportation is great. small building with not many neighbors
Cons:
The building management is greedy and no responsive. They don't handle manner in a timely fashion unless it concerns money. They seem to keep leasing out to younger age occupants which results in issues with noise and upkeep later down the line. They allowed us into the unit and the house needed repairs. A lot of homeless people hang around the front of the building endangering the tenants.

Advice to owner:
Please let the tenants have more options when selecting their roommates. Also fix problems better so you don't have to keep going to fix things.
