Sad to move, can’t deal with all the problems

Pros:
Beautiful, large apartment. Backyard was very convenient and I really liked the tall ceilings. Spacious and met my needs. Close to a lot of transportation.
Cons:
The ceiling has multiple leaking problems, centipedes in the summer, not a very accessible area in regards to grocery stores, food, etc.

Be more responsive and receptive to tenants needs

Inside is great

Pros:
Apartment has great lighting and spacious open areas.
Cons:
Outside the building, the garbage management is not great, creating a pest problem.
Advice to owner:
Clean up garbage outside the building to help control pests.
