landlord doesn’t care
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful building. Loved the neighborhood so much and neighbors are wonderful.
Cons:
Landlord doesn’t do shit. There were enormous health hazards including mold growing out of walls and shower ceiling falling in that took us threatening legal action to fix. Also there was no heating.

Cool for the price.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Not too many units, apartments are large.
Cons:
The street is noisy.
