Owner is getting greedy

Pros:
Neighbors are awesome and kind and generally keto themselves.
Cons:
Not clean in the entrance
Some of the apartments are outdated
There’s been an electrical fire
Intercom system doesn’t work anymore

we almost all died in a fire started by an electric box fire in the basement due to an incredulous amount of cheap wiring and shitty installation throughout.
Advice to owner:
learn how to be a decent landlord instead of always going the cheapest route. good luck in court
