Cute starter place to live.
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's fairly quiet inside. The people who live here keep to themselves and are generally friendly.
Cons:
The water pressure is really bad and I'm the winter you're getting 10 minutes of mildly warm water TOPS. Also the windows here leak but you can control the heat level in your apartment so it evens out. The rent has gone up 200 dollars year after year after year.

Nice looking but many issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive landlord Close to subway Aesthetically pleasing
Cons:
Although the landlord is responsive tries to take the cheapest route to fix any problem. The wood floors in my apparent buckled and it took 4 months of people coming in and out to fix it. They stained the floors and didn’t leave windows open so I couldn’t sleep there due to toxic fumes. The building next door occasionally plays really loud music at 3am. Had to call 311 multiple times in the year I lived there. There’s always garbage outside the front door and dog poop no one cleans up.
Advice to owner:
Need to have issues fixed properly in a timely manner.
