Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

sinking prewar building that can make a nice home

Pros

The neighbors. The layout, space, and ceilings. Doorbell when it’s working

Cons

Instant hot water only at certain times. Other times takes 10 min to get hot. Back area is a dumping ground which is great for rats. Sometimes the ceiling rains little bits of plaster. Heard some tenants have leaks. The usual rent raises without reason- just because they can.

Advice to the owners

Install a trash and recycling bin it’ll help with the rats and the fines that I’m positive you get
