Pretty on the outside, but BEWARE

Pros:
The kitchen is cute!
Cons:
Trust me when I tell you that the units might look nice at first glance, but this apartment building is the ultimate Landlord Special. The floors (wood and tile) of my unit were never sealed, so they immediately—and permanently—stained. When the tiles get wet, since they aren't sealed, they hold in the moisture. There was mold in the walls, and there were roaches, ants, everything. Our landlord brought in an "exterminator" but it was literally our super wearing a different hat. It felt like a moment straight out of a sitcom. Also, the super sucks. He will use YOUR pest control products, cleaning supplies, and tools/equipment instead of bringing his own. My roof leaked 10+ times, and the "fix" was just...painting over the water damaged spots. I only got one chunk of the wall re-drywalled, and that's because I showed the landlord the black mold that was growing. BEWARE.
