Ok but not without issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Small building. Quiet. Updated. Owner is responsive. Generally well maintained. Free laundry.
Cons:
Rooms are incredibly small and hard to place furniture. Roof leaked multiple times and was never properly fixed, although the landlord did attempt. When the repairmen tried to repair the drywall they covered the entire apartment and all of our belongings in drywall dust. The a/c did not work in one of the bedrooms. The door to the exterior was installed incorrectly resulting in no temperature control / bugs in that room. Dryers did not work well at all.

Do not rent here - worst management ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment was nice until literally everything started leaking and a new management company took over in Nov 2023.
Cons:
Do not let the nice appliances of the apartment fool you. There are so many hidden issues in these units, and management will gaslight you and refuse to fix anything. There are mice, rats, leaks, broken cabinets, and so much more. Do not rent here, whatever you do. I’ve lived in the city for 7 years and this is by far the worst management company I’ve ever had to deal with. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT rent here!!!!
Advice to owner:
Resign

Document your move-in & move-out condition of the apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
New building, quiet
Cons:
I had unpleasant experience with the landlord regarding the deposit refund. After back and forth with landlord for over 2+ weeks, he has fully returned my deposit after 45 days since I moved out
Advice to owner:
Be more communicative and handle deposit refund within legal timeframe
