Cute but kinda crappy?

Pros:
Nice area, small building so it was easy to get to know the other tenants, and the apartments were decently sized.
Cons:
Pests, not well maintained, a lot of maintenence issues, and issues with ceiling leaking. HUGE CON: there was a fight between other tenants and the landlord never cleaned the blood off of the hallyway walls. Maybe he did eventually but it was there for months.
Advice to owner:
Put some of your money back into the building to bring it up to its full potential, have better communication with tenants, and start regular upkeep.
