Not bad apt if last resort

Pros:
Near subway Laundry in building or nice laundromat next door
Cons:
Rats running around in garbage outside, a lot of noise pollution and ongoing building works in surrounding area

Pros:
Building is clean on the inside. Apartment is in good condition.
Cons:
The trash bins are right next to the entrance so there’s always rats by the door.
Advice to owner:
Move trash bins somewhere else.

Unresponsive landlord, but decent location
