Not worth the rent stabilized price

Pros:
Rent stabilized, close-ish to J,M and G trains
Cons:
Constantly dealing with infestations, we had roaches, rats, mice, ants, you name it it lived in our apartment and landlords were not inclined to fix it quickly

Stolen packages and loud neighbors

Affordable, central location
Cons:
- Excessive rats (7 rats in 3 weeks)
- Excessive cockroaches
- Packages stolen consistently, like your package wont last 5 mins on your doorstep without it being swiped
- Heat is either way too much or not enough; when it was 80 degrees outside they still refused to turn off the heat
- Landlord is disorganized and does not know what he is doing
