Decent for the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Responsive Super/Landlord, had mice/roach issues once but exterminator was sent immediately and no problems since
- Good Location
- Pretty chill hands off landlord
- Pet friendly
Cons:
- No secure mail room, only USPS has access to
- Common hallways often dirty/has no light
- Intercom was never fixed - always had to walk down to let guests in
- One of the 2 bathrooms doesn't have a sink making it kinda useless (but has a jacuzzi?)
- Year to year rent increase is crazy don't expect to resign
- Can't control the heat in the winter but gas bill is paid by us and goes up

22 hart street
Former Tenant
Pros:
Room layouts are ok. Enjoy having two bathrooms, and the jacuzzi tub/rain shower is nice. Cool lighting fixtures.
Cons:
Bad management, slow to investigate things that need to be fixed/even slower to actually fix them, rodents, building easy to break into
Advice to owner:
I know ownership has just changed, but please take residents seriously when we say something isn’t working and needs to be fixed! Last owner would just send a handyman who would just look at whatever needed fixing and shrug and suggest something we could do to fix it. Super unhelpful. We have only had two working burners on the stove for our duration of living here because of that. Also install some cameras and make the building more difficult to break into. Neighbor and I both had our bikes stolen.
