Management illegally withheld $3,600 security deposit

Pros:
Lightstone Management quickly responded to emails when we had issues in the apartment, including a ceiling leak and broken oven.
Cons:
The management company ghosted us once we moved out of the building. They do not answer their phones and have not replied to any emails. They did not send us an itemized list for our security deposit, so we assumed we would get it back, but it has been months and they have not sent us our $3,600 security deposit.

Would NOT recommend this building.
Advice to owner:
Answer your phones, reply to emails, and don’t ghost former tents and/or illegally withhold security deposits.
